Columbus East High School

The Columbus East boys tennis team has proven that their success goes far beyond the court. Coach Adam Ulrich shared that the team earned an impressive 4.11 cumulative GPA, with the players on the sectional roster carrying a 4.10 GPA—a testament to their hard work and commitment both in athletics and academics. Because of their outstanding performance in the classroom, the Olympians have qualified for Academic All-State honors for the year. The sectional roster includes Trevor Ernst, Kai Bergmann, Landon Redelman, Micah Wettsurack, Michael Reed, Carson Hartsook, Cooper Harry, and Hadley McQueary—a group that clearly embodies what it means to be true student-athletes.
