Glick’s Three Goals Power Olympians Over Stars

The Columbus East girls soccer team hit the road Tuesday night and came away with a Hoosier Hills Conference victory, blanking Bedford North Lawrence 3-0. Sophie Glick provided all the scoring for the Olympians, finding the back of the net three times to lead the offense. Assists came from Emma Christie and Natasha Armstrong, who each helped set up scoring chances. In goal, Cara Veach played the entire match and kept the Stars off the board to secure the shutout. The Olympians are back in action Thursday, September 11 when the face Batesville H.S. - Match time: 5:30 p.m.
