Columbus East High School

Columbus East hosted Franklin Community at Olympian Field on Friday night and saw their season end with an 8-2 loss in the IHSAA Sectional semifinal. After Franklin plated seven runs in the first inning, East battled back with two runs in the sixth but could not overcome the early deficit. Franklin advances to face Whiteland in Monday’s 2025 IHSAA Sectional Championship. Game time is set for 6 p.m, Monday, June 2nd at Columbus East.
