Columbus East High School

The Columbus East boys golf team made the trip south on Saturday to take part in the Floyd Central Invitational at Valley View Golf Course. The Olympians finished 16th overall with a team score of 360. Castle claimed the team title with an impressive 307. Carter Greene paced East with an 83, while Luke Rice followed with an 89. Mason Reeves carded a 93, and both Ethan Bumbalough and Braxton Burton shot 95 to round out the scoring. The Olympians are back in action on Monday, April 14, as they travel to Shelbyville to take on the Golden Bears. Tee time is set for 5:15 p.m.
