Mark your calendars! The Columbus East Girls Basketball team is proud to host "Pink Night" on Tuesday, January 14th, during their game against the Bedford North-Lawrence Stars. This special evening is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for breast cancer support, featuring a variety of engaging activities and opportunities to give back. - What to Expect on Pink Night _ Join us for an unforgettable evening packed with activities for a great cause: - WEAR PINK - RECEIVE FREE ADMISSION TO THE GAME! - Silent Auction: Explore over 35 amazing items up for bid. - Rose Ceremony: A heartfelt tribute to breast cancer survivors and fighters. - Breast Cancer Awareness T-Shirts: Show your support by purchasing a limited-edition shirt. - Half-Time Games & Activities: Fun for all ages! - Pink Treats: Indulge in pink ice cream and baked goods for sale. -Supporting the IWIN Foundation- All proceeds from the event will benefit the **Indiana Women in Need (IWIN) Foundation**, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals undergoing breast cancer treatment across Indiana. The IWIN Foundation provides vital services such as child care, meal preparation, and housekeeping to help relieve emotional, physical, and financial burdens. Their mission is to empower individuals with the strength to endure treatment and continue their fight against breast cancer, paving the way to survivorship. !! A Team Effort !! The Columbus East basketball program is thrilled to have the support of the Columbus East Band Boosters and Columbus East Volleyball Team, who have generously donated items for the silent auction. Their contributions exemplify the true Olympian Spirit. Last year, with the incredible help of the Bedford North-Lawrence community, the Olympians raised over $3,500 for the IWIN Foundation. This year, we aim to surpass that milestone, and we need your help to make it happen! Join Us! Let’s come together as a community to raise awareness, funds, and spirits.
