The Columbus East girls basketball team hosted the Columbus North Bulldogs Thursday night in the Orange Pit. Columbus North was able to win the cross-town showdown by a score of 62-33 over the Olympians. Scoring for the Olympians: Kimberley Carothers lead the Olympians with 12 points - 2 - 2pt, 1 - 3 pt, and 5-6 free throws Ella Anthis - 8 points - 1 - 3 pt and 5-6 free throws Kenzie Cheek - 5 points - 1 - 2pt and 1-3pt Lola Watkins - 5 points - 5-8 free throws Averie Graham - 3 points - 1 - 3pt The Olympians are busy over Holiday Break - They play @ North Decatur on Monday , December 23rd and then play December 26th in a Holiday Classic tournament hosted by Hauser High School, and then play @ Shelbyville, Friday, January 3rd.
