Columbus East Athletics is proud to recognize our first-year boys soccer coach, Sam LaVelle, for being acknowledged by an official during the varsity match on September 24th. The official submitted an Exemplary Behavior Report to the IHSAA, praising Coach LaVelle for his outstanding conduct. Coach LaVelle, you are setting a fantastic example for our student-athletes! The official's submission to the IHSAA reads: "This was an important conference game for both teams. Despite the intensity, both coaches were exceptional role models for their players, displaying good sportsmanship and showing great respect toward the referees."
