Columbus East Cross-Country Teams Compete at Ray Gerkin Invitational

The Columbus East boys and girls cross-country teams participated in the Ray Gerkin Invitational on Saturday at Muscatatuck Park in Vernon, IN. Both teams finished in 5th place: the girls with a score of 129 and the boys with a score of 121. The Jennings County boys team won with a score of 63, while the Seymour Owls claimed the girls’ title with a score of 46. Columbus East will be hosting the Girls & Boys Hoosier Hills Conference meet on Saturday, October 5th. Start time: 9 a.m. Good luck Olympian runners!
