Columbus East High School

Columbus East held Floyd Central to a scoreless first half in Saturday’s Hoosier Hills Conference girls soccer match. However, the Highlanders broke through in the second half, scoring three goals to secure a 3-0 win. Goalkeepers Emma Christie and Cara Veach each recorded four saves. Despite the loss, Columbus East showed strong defensive efforts, keeping the match even through the first half.
