Former Columbus East Olympian and Purdue Boilermaker, Markell Jones, has accepted a position with United Airlines as one of their newest pilots! From Markell Jones Facebook post: "It’s been a long time coming but I’m so thankful to have joined the ranks of the best aviators in the world. I did my first solo flight at @purdueaviation in 2015. Since that day my goal has been to be a pilot at a legacy airline. @united is second to no one when it comes to connecting people around the world.
