The Columbus East boys track and field team placed in 2nd place in Tuesday nights Tri-Meet with Shelbyville and Brown County @ Stafford Field. Shelbyville won with a score of 84 points, followed by the Olympians score of 51, and Brown County's score of 29 points. O's outstanding performers: Kadyn Johnson-Bey showcased his outstanding speed by winning the 100m in 11.78 and the 200m in a time of 23.14. Jared Brooks captured the shot-put title with a 45ft - 4 inch throw. Jackson Brookes placed 1st in the 1600m race with a time of 4:57.69 The O's won the 4x100 relay race with a time of 45.18.
