Columbus East baseball battled back from a 5-1 deficit, scoring one run in the 5th inning and two runs in the 6th inning, pulling within one run going into the top of the 7th, but couldn't score again, falling 5-4 to the Grizzly Cubs @ Franklin Thursday evening. The O's used two pitchers on the evening, with freshman pitcher J.D. Rotert going 5.1 innings, allowing 1 hit, 1 earned run, 4 strikeouts, and 4 BB. Soph.
