After a tight win on Saturday, the Olympians faced another close game at Edgewood High School on Monday evening. Unfortunately for the O's this night, the Mustangs clinched a 2-1 victory. Eli Tindell, a junior pitcher for the O's, performed impressively throughout the game, allowing only three hits. He struck out 7 Edgewood batters, walked three, and conceded just one earned run. Junior catcher Logan Warren and senior Chase Niese led the Olympians' batting efforts on Monday night. Warren went 2-2 at the plate, while Niese went 2-4 for the night. With little time to rest, the Olympians will travel to Sellersburg, Indiana on Tuesday, April 16th, to face the Silver Creek Dragons. The game is set to begin at 6 p.m. Best of luck to the O's!
