The Columbus East softball team fell to the Greensburg Pirates 4-1 Saturday at Greensburg High School. The Olympians were able to out-hit the Pirates 7-3 but couldn't find the timely hit with runners in scoring position. Savanna Sullivan had two hits on the day, including a double and Hermione Robinson was able to pitch a three-hitter, allowing two earned runs, and striking out nine batters on the day. The O's record now stands at 4-2 for the season. The Olympians are back in action Tuesday, April 9th, as they host the Hauser Jets. First pitch: 5:30 p.m. Good luck O's!
