CEHS Shows Grit and Determination Despite Tough Start at Jeffersonville

In the face of a challenging Hoosier Hills Conference opponent, the 4A 18th ranked Jeffersonville Red Devils, Columbus East displayed unwavering grit and determination. Jeffersonville took an early lead of 35-6 after the first quarter, but the O's continued to play hard, only losing by a combined 9 points in the following quarters but could never recover from a very bad 1st quarter, losing 77-43 at Jeff. Jack Fischvogt emerged as a leading scorer for the Olympians, with 11 points. Despite missing leading scorer Keaton Lawson, the team rallied together, with Danny Coriden contributing nine points and Ethan Bumbalough adding seven.
