Olympians Girls Basketball Display Resilience at Madison

The Columbus East girls' basketball team lost to the Madison Cubs 64-49 on Saturday afternoon. The O's were missing their leading scorer and point guard Madelyn Poe, but still played tough despite the loss. In the absence of Poe, Savanna Sullivan emerged as a standout performer, achieving a career-high with an impressive 13 points, leading the Olympians. Jenna Guse contributed with a solid 12 points, while Messiah Trapp demonstrated her skills with 11 points, and Caroline Frost added eight.
