CEHS Gymnasts Shine Bright with Positive Performances in Home Tri Meet

Despite finishing in third place in a home tri meet on Saturday morning, the Columbus East gymnastics team showcased their talents with enthusiasm and skill. Bloomington South secured the top spot with an impressive score of 106.45, while Roncalli followed with a score of 99.25. The Olympians held their own, finishing with a commendable score of 94.45. Bethany Lewis emerged as a standout performer, clinching victory in the vault with a score of 9.2. Her exceptional skills also earned her a third-place finish on the floor with a score of 9.15 and a fourth-place finish on the bars with a score of 8.05. Lewis's stellar contributions culminated in a well-deserved third-place all-around finish with a total score of 35.15. The O's continue to see their team scores increase with each meet! Good job Olympians!
