Lady O's Lose a Tough One in Bloomington

Columbus East held a 39-33 lead after three quarters against Bloomington South. However, the Cougars got hot in the 4th quarter, rallying for a 52-50 triumph. Madelyn Poe contributed an impressive 22 points, with Messiah Trapp adding 17 points, along with Jenna Guse's 6 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals. Despite a really solid game by the Olympians, they couldn't stave off the late surge from the Bloomington North Cougars. Key stat line of the game: The Olympians were only 6 of 18 from the free throw line vs. the Cougars shooting 8 of 10 from the foul line.
