EVENT OVERVIEW Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026 Host: Jeffersonville High School Location: Silver Creek Primary School, 8604 Commerce Park Dr., Sellersburg, IN 47172 Participating Schools: Bedford North Lawrence, Bloomington South, Columbus East, Floyd Central, Jeffersonville, Jennings County, New Albany, and Seymour SCHEDULE OF EVENTS 9:30 AM: Coaches Meeting at the Start/Finish Line 10:00 AM: Girls Championship Race Boys Championship Race: Immediately following the Girls race Awards Ceremony: Near the Finish Line following the Boys race TICKETS & ADMISSION General Admission: $7.90 per ticket. Follow US-31 for approximately 0.7 miles, turn slightly right onto IN-403, then turn right onto Commerce Park Dr. into the primary school grounds. Spectator Parking: Parking is designated in the main parking lots at Silver Creek Primary School. Vehicle Restrictions: Personal spectator vehicles are strictly prohibited on the paved road adjacent to the course; that area is reserved exclusively for team transportation buses. COURSE & VENUE DETAILS Course Location: Located just west of the primary school, marked by a yellow XC house near the start/finish line. Team Camps: Designated areas for team tents are located on both sides of the start/finish line and adjacent to the primary school. Restrooms: Port-a-johns are provided on site. Locker rooms are not available. Trash Policy: Trash cans and bags are available on site; please help clean up camp and spectator areas before leaving. SCORING & AWARDS Race Format: Teams may enter up to 12 runners per race. The top 5 runners score for the team, and the 6th runner serves as the tie-breaker. All-Conference Honors: Individual places 1 through 7 earn All-Conference honors. Honorable Mention: Individual places 8 through 14 earn Honorable Mention. Team Championship: The winning team will receive 7 ribbons. Eligibility Note: Only the top 7 runners from each team are eligible for conference individual awards.
