HENRYVILLE, IN — The Columbus East boys golf team traveled to Champions Pointe Golf Club on Saturday to compete against a highly competitive field at the Legends of Providence Invitational. Navigating the challenging course, the Olympians secured a 16th-place finish, posting a collective team score of 376. Beyond the placement, the tournament offered East invaluable competitive experience on the exact course hosting the upcoming June 11 regional tournament. Individual Score Breakdown Junior standout Braxton Burton paced the Olympians, turning in the team's low round of the day with a hard-fought 85. Luke Rice provided solid support in the second slot, carding a steady 92.
