The Columbus East Olympians traveled to Jeffersonville on Saturday evening for a Hoosier Hills Conference doubleheader. The night resulted in a split for the program, with the JV team securing a win and the Varsity squad falling to the Red Devils. Varsity: Jeffersonville 77, Columbus East 52 The varsity Olympians fell on the road in a tough conference battle. Carter Patterson led the East offense with a game-high 20 points. Regular Season Finale and Postseason Outlook The Olympians will conclude their regular season at home on Thursday, February 26, hosting the Indianapolis Chatard Trojans in the Orange Pit. In the meantime, the team will be tuned in to tonight's (2/22) IHSAA State Basketball Tournament pairings show. The draw will determine their opening opponent for the IHSAA Sectional, which is set to begin March 3 at Columbus North High School.
